Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used, worn, damaged, or altered items

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is approved.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us with your order number and reason for return
  • We’ll respond within 3 business days with next steps
  • Returns sent without approval may not be accepted

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
